1.2. The Site is owned and operated by Nova Zgrada (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”).

1.3. The Site is intended to provide information about real estate for which the Agency offers brokerage services and to facilitate communication between interested parties and the Agency.

2 Site Content

2.1. All properties displayed on the Site are offered by the Agency based on concluded brokerage agreements or other valid legal grounds.

2.2. Information about properties (descriptions, photos, prices, sizes, etc.) is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer under applicable law.

2.3. The Agency strives to ensure that the information is accurate and up-to-date, but does not guarantee the completeness or absolute accuracy of all data.

3 User Inquiries and Requests

3.1. Users may submit inquiries or requests regarding the purchase, sale, or rental of real estate via contact forms, phone, or email.

3.2. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically create a contractual relationship with the Agency.

3.3. A contractual relationship arises only upon the conclusion of a written brokerage agreement or another appropriate contract.

4 Liability

4.1. The Agency is not responsible for decisions made by users based on information available on the Site.

4.2. The Agency is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site or the inability to use it.

5 Intellectual Property

5.1. All content on the Site (texts, photos, graphics, logos, design) constitutes the intellectual property of the Agency or is used under appropriate rights.

5.2. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of the Site content without prior written consent of the Agency is prohibited.

6 Personal Data Protection

6.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy, which is available on the Site.

7 Amendments to Terms of Use

8.1. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

8.2. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in the Republic of Serbia.
